This project involved an integrated urban analysis for Zugdidi’s central district as part of the Urban Lab and Sustainable Urban Development initiative. The study assessed spatial conditions, mobility, public spaces, and environmental resilience across 85 hectares , identifying 13 key intervention zones.
Using interdisciplinary methods and local engagement, the project laid the groundwork for a Neighborhood Concept that prioritizes sustainable mobility, inclusive public spaces, climate adaptation, and circular economy principles.
